Insurance Sales Professional are the backbone of our business and will be dealing with the new and existing business within our agency. You’ll learn everything you need to know to create new business while also fostering our current customer experience.

If you’re looking to join a dynamic team and expand your knowledge in the Insurance industry, this position is for you!

You can expect $40,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year with Salary + commission + bonuses combined.

Insurance Sales Professional Requirements

  • Strong Interest in a sales career – Sales experience is a plus but not required
  • Be willing to obtain your Property & Casualty license.
  • Have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Great self-starter with a sense of urgency.
  • U.S. Work authorization (Required)

Insurance Sales Professional Responsibilities

  • Achieve and exceed new business production goals and objectives as established.
  • Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Ask each customer for referrals and explain our referral program.
  • Maintain knowledge of new products.
  • Create relationships from a cold start and be able to handle customer rejection.
  • Contact warm provided leads & qualify potential customers to our program.
